Hello Dan.
I want to thank you for your services during the Key West Songwriters' Festival this year. Once again, your expertise helped to  make this festival one of the truly unique events of it's kind. I have had so many compliments regarding the shows at the San Carlos Institute (from the fans and performers) that it is obvious you had that theater perfectly "dialed in" for the shows. I hope you have set aside the dates for next year because we could not pull off such an event without your support and know how!

Best regards,
Charlie Bauer
Key West Songwriters' Festival

I have had the pleasure of working with Dan Simpson for over 16 years. As Managing Artistic Director of The Waterfront Playhouse (a professional theater in Key West, FL), I relied upon his sound expertise for our productions. His work ranged from concert and musical design and set-ups to designing the soundscape for plays, as well as constructing amazing special effects. His excellent ear, hard work, passion for excellence, good humor and patience have been invaluable. His relocation from Key West has been a tremendous loss for us, but we wish him the best of luck in his new adventures.

"The best set of ears I've ever had the pleasure of working with."

This is a partial list of my live sound work as Front of House engineer... I often run monitors as well. I also can provide separate audio feeds for video and other remote needs, run delay speakers, and record the proceedings. I've generally worked venues from  50 to 1500 people, including but not limited to performances, conferences, festivals and corporate events.
